Before booking, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions. By booking for yourself or someone else, you’re agreeing to them.

All deposits paid to book a flight and hold a reservation can be refunded within 24 hours of booking with Fly Britannia.
The deposit per passenger is £75. If a passenger cancels after 24 hours or fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, a £75 service charge per passenger will apply.
Ticket refunds are determined solely by the airline. Some tickets may be refundable, while others are not. Fly Britannia acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger. Refund eligibility is subject to the airline’s terms and conditions, which can be confirmed with the relevant agent before booking.
For changes related to flight timings, Fly Britannia can request a refund on your behalf, but the final decision rests with the airline.

Airlines have their own policies and charges for changes. This includes no-shows, timing issues, changes in departure or destination airports, or re-routing. Any penalties are determined by the airline. Passengers should confirm potential charges with the airline or agent before booking.
Tickets are non-transferable once issued.
Passengers are required to verify all flight details before issuance. This includes traveler names, travel dates, transit times, origin & destination, baggage allowance, and other flight information.
Fly Britannia obtains written and verbal confirmations from passengers to minimize errors in names or flight details.

Fly Britannia sells airline tickets only. Passengers are responsible for carrying all required travel documents, including visas and other immigration requirements.
If a passenger is denied entry due to insufficient or invalid travel documents, the passenger is fully responsible. Confirm all travel requirements with the relevant embassy before departure to avoid delays or issues.

Passengers must reconfirm their flights at least 72 hours before departure with their travel advisor or directly with the airline.
Fly Britannia is not liable for any additional costs due to failure to reconfirm.
Passengers are strongly advised to have travel insurance. Fly Britannia provides guidance and counseling as needed.
In case the airline fails to operate, Fly Britannia is not responsible for claims or accommodations. Tickets are ATOL-protected and covered by the Civil Aviation Authority, which handles losses for passengers in such events.

Passengers with special requests (e.g., meal preferences, seat selection, wheelchair assistance, extra space) must notify Fly Britannia at the time of booking.
Some requests may incur charges depending on airline policies. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may be limited during peak periods.

Prices are guaranteed once booked.
If the airline changes prices or taxes after booking, Fly Britannia is not liable for any claims.
Prices are guaranteed only if passengers comply with airline conditions, including payment deadlines.

Fly Britannia strongly recommends that passengers have travel insurance. Guidance and counseling are available upon request.
In the event an airline fails to operate, Fly Britannia is not responsible for claims or accommodations. Tickets are ATOL-protected, and the Civil Aviation Authority covers passenger losses.
